FAQ: The Clean Switch Pack
Can I use Hinoki body wash only for hands?
Yes, it works both as a body and hand wash.
Is the Hinoki body wash safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
No, due to the high concentration of Hinoki essential oils for odour minimisation; we suggest using our All-In-One Hair, Face, Beard & Body Bar for a gentler all-over cleanse instead.
Can I use Hinoki body wash on my face?
No, we do not recommend using this on the face as the odour-minimising concentrate formula is meant for the thicker skin on the body and hands.
Why does this formula for your Hinoki body wash contain Phenoxyethanol?
All other Snow Fox Skincare products do not contain Phenoxyethanol. In this case, however, our lab in Australia decided to add a very small amount of Phenoxyethanol to ensure the stability and efficacy of the formula's odour-minimising properties. Handwashes (especially post-pandemic) must also have strong enough antibacterial, antifungal and anti-mould properties for effective hygiene.
What kind of box or pouch can I store the sponge in?
Any plastic food container or pouch is fine, or even without a container in a skincare fridge is suitable. The container prevents cross-contamination with foods while it dries out.
Why would this grow mould if I leave it out?
Mould can grow on natural fibres like Konjac when completely free of preservatives or strong anti-fungal chemicals/pesticides. It’s a natural degradation process, but it will not happen when it’s completely dry - so do put it back in the fridge after use.
Can I use this on my face?
Yes. However, avoid scrubbing with too much pressure, as the sponge fibres are resilient enough to clear away dead skin cells and debris.
Is there any difference among the 3 hand creams?
All 3 hand creams have different scents and aromatherapy uses but they all share the same hydrating properties and Vitamin E enriched formula.
Is this hand cream safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, this hand cream is safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
Are the products vegan?
No. While all other Snow Fox Skincare products are vegan, our hand creams contains organic Australian beeswax. Our beeswax is sourced from Australian bee farmers to help support local bee communities & flora.

What if I am allergic to nuts?

Are the hand creams safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
Yes, but please patch test on hands if worried about sensitivity to certain essential oils.
How often should I use these sheet masks?
While our masks are suitable for everyday use, we recommend starting off 2 to 3 times a week.
